Based on the strict criteria in the profile, our experts make a preliminary selection from the candidates interested in the vacancy. They are then contacted by phone to discuss information regarding the vacancy.
Prior to a personal interview, you will receive an invitation for an online assessment to be completed before the interview. The purpose of this initial ‘interview’ is to discuss important skills and behaviour characteristics stated in the profile.
The results of the first round of interviews will determine which candidates will be invited for a second round at the client’s location.
We supervise the appointment process and contact you at a later stage to find out how things are going. Professional, dedicated and up-to-date, those are our core values.
